RTI was founded in 2011 by Eric Sobel using his expertise and extensive network to create a restoration and specialty coating company. With more than 3800 successfully completed projects RTI has developed an extensive range of services that allows clients to call on RTI regardless of the challenge
RTI’s team of professionals bring extensive knowledge and experience in the restoration industry spanning 78 years in the real estate development, restoration, and specialty coatings fields. We have continuously been a valued source of troubleshooting solutions for building owners, facility managers, and design professionals. We pride ourselves on being up to date on the most recent technologies and advancements in both sustainable products and applications. This allows us to achieve our goal: to protect and preserve the assets of our clients while providing a safe environment for the both the inhabitants and employees.
