Repaired eifs on multiple sections of the 210,000 /sf shopping center. Removed and replaced all exterior sealant joints and cut and installed new control joints in necessary areas. Recoated all eifs will new elastomeric coating. Coated the canopies and metal façade with epoxy and urethane coating system. And after all that we restriped the parking lot.
