Removed and replaced all exterior sealant joints and cut and installed new control joints in necessary areas. Recoated all eifs will new elastomeric coating. Coated the canopies and metal façade with epoxy and urethane coating system. And after all that we restriped the parking lot.

Here RTI was able to solve a long term problem. RTI chemically cleaned the suburban office building and replaced all joint sealants and installed a waterproof elastomeric coating with a 20 yr warranty.
